Internet Cafe that has BF3?

I am thinking on buying a gaming pc just for bf3 but I need to try out bf3 on pc before I make a decision. I really just want to see if its really worth the money and time. So is there a internet cafe in CT that has BF3?

Can BF3 be played in a internet cafe? Far as I know all accounts are personal.
