Internet connection issue

I bought 50Gig for R500 with cell c and it was working fine untill 2days ago when it started to not connect at all and when it connects its too slowly. I called their technical department and they told me same thing that i must reset settings and reboot my phone, that is not resolving my issue i have done it several times. Today i tried to test at around 3am to see if it was gonna work and it was working fine untill 6am where it stopped again or it's too slowly. One lady from their tech department told me that i only got night bundles that's why it works at night only but the other lady told me that i have anytime data bundles , i just got confused of why they can't give me a proper explanation of why i can't connect to the internet and why are they telling me different stories!

The 50G data bundle can be used anytime, did you have any severe bad weather conditions in your area recently?
