Alright. I've followed the links on google and most say something like (setting up on host) :

1. Log on to the host computer as Administrator or as Owner.
2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
3. Click Network and Internet Connections.
4. Click Network Connections.
5. Right-click the connection that you use to connect to the Internet. For example, if you connect to the Internet by using a modem, right-click the connection that you want under Dial-up.
6. Click Properties.
7. Click the Advanced tab.
8. Under Internet Connection Sharing, select the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection check box.

That's were I lose it because when I select Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection check box I get the message To enable Internet Connection Sharing, a connection must be select for the private network. Please select a connection from a list of available connections.

What is this and why does mine say it?

Means you have to have a 'dial up'/PPPoE connection named in the list of network connections, if PPPoE it will be listed under "Broadband". It wants you to put the name of your 'net connection, to which this PC is directly connected, into that box so that it can effectively set up a router function for you.

Note that this will set up/require the following:
- a network on 192.168.0.* (with the host as *.1)
- a workgroup called MSHOME
- the machines on your network to be DHCP.

...go play with it, you know you want to!
