Internet Connectivity Problems?

I have an ADSL 384Kbps line + Telkom Account and Incredible Connect in Vincent, East London.

Im playing Blur on Tunngle and I keep getting disconnected. This has never happened in the past, i would play about 10 races with my adsl without being disconnected and on Wi-Fi even.

What's the status of your NAT firewall and also is the line stable?
