Internet data usage(Windows 10) not showing up

Firstly i dont have admin rights so i cant do any administrative tasks. So I often use my internet data usage to measure my data usage and for many other things but recently i havent been able to see it. It doesnt even show my network name with the amount of data usage also when you click on the wifi/ethernet symbol on your lower right in the taskbar and go to network settings it pops up with cmd system 32. So i am really not sure what the problem is. Anyone have a solution that can solve my problem. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

I did but it literally loads nothing. I dont have admin becasue my laptop was bought for me i the person who bought it has admin they wont give me admin as it is used my two other people and they dont want me to mess the laptop up. Is there any way to solve this problem
