Yo guys,

I need to get this straight now, which in your opinion is better, Internet Explorer 7, or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 as an internet browser?

In my opinion, IE7 looks nicer, but Firefox is way faster

FF2 ;) IE7 for banking sites etc. I know about IEtab, but it sucks with banking.

Opera stabbed me in the back, I tried it, for 3 months, kept living with all it's bull and finally eradicated it! :D muhahahahah

Well I haven't had any problems with it, and I've been using it since the day it was free.

your opinion doesn't count anyways, so it doesn't really matter :p

(just joking BTW ;))

I find Opera often doesn't render pages properly for some reason.
well the latest one is a whole lot better, but yeah, i must admit, there are one or two sites that go a bit pear shaped in opera. But then I can use firefox for that specific site, why subject myself to firefox the whole time? :p

Opera is definitely a class act - and we have a lot to thank them for, in terms of tabs, mouse gestures et al. But Firefox (IMO) with its plugin architecture has taken the ball and run with in ways that Opera currently doesn't begin to address ..so that'd be Ff 2.0 FTW, all the way baby!

I just find it easier to stick to one browser rather than go between 2. Was using Opera more before but I like Firefox 2. :P

FF2 absolutely! When will folks understand that FF has taken over when it comes to usability, personalization and expandability?

FF2 by choice, IE* only for testing and checking.

...and security, feaures, standards compliance, css rendering, etc etc.

I'm still getting used to the new method of arranging multiple tabs in FF2 - but the inline spell checker is grate :).

I refuse to use IE, except for testing my own sites. If I arrive at a site that doesn't render the way it is supposed to, they lose me. I'd rather write a grumpy email than use IE.

FF is faster and all the add-ons/extensions available just make it that so much better. + its not microsoft.

Definitely Firefox. The extensions are the killer feature now since every other browser also has tabs. Although I must hand it to MS that IE7 is a big improvement and I hope IE8 will address the remaining shortcomings IE7 has, namely standards non-compliance.
