Big fat useless mess. See the way Internet Explorer saves for the neat proper useful way - html file with all other junk in a folder with the same name. Opera's creators simply refused to implement this feature despite users constantly asking for them to sort this out. I'm glad to say Firefox got this right except for not using the page title for the html filename, but there was a plugin to fix that bug.

Which bank's site does not work in Firefox (without IE tab)?

I'm not saying it doesn't work bro, it works, I just don't like it, I'm with Stbank, it feels icky in FF for some reason, must be my mind :D

Oh ja, I do remember something irritating me if I save web pages, but I dont even do that much.

Really weird that the wouldnt fix it by now, you sure its still like that in 9.1? I'll check it out sometime.

IE7 only works on SP2
FF cannot drag and drop
End of the day - FF is still better :)

Got IE7 via windows update last night. First impressions are that it's more like Firefox 0.x. It's a nice try, but it's way behind in features. I currenlty use FF 1.5.0.7 and I still found IE7 to be outdated. I definitely prefer FF, I only use IE when I need to use those pathetic sites that were designed using frontpage (e.g the company intranet) :)

I don't know. I gave up at version 8 when they still refused to fix the problem. I had been using it for years, but Firfox had come along and quickly won me over.

I would recommend Firefox. It's safer and faster, altough Microsoft claims that the new IE7 has alot of security features, some that are better than FireFox. However, I would still go for FF. It's a trusted app and have never given me any problems. The interface is more user friendly and some sites are more compatible with it.

I fine Firefox slower than Internet Explorer 7.Tested them both I go with IE 7.

IE 6
cos I have erased my memories of IE 7
and FF never truely appealed to me until I had to choose between it and IE 7
