Our leased line has been off since about 9h30 this morning... I've been holding on to MWEB tech support for more than hour, literally 
Eventually gave up, and dialed again, chose to go to non technical queries.... according to them there is major outages, with helluva lot of calls, thats why me waiting so long for answer from technical.
jeez, world cup hasnt even started yet, I hope this is not all the foreigners laming the Telkom network already
