Internet needed 20km into Mozambique

Good afternoon

I am looking for a stable internet connection will a low latency for PC gaming to be installed at my house in Mozambique

It's about 20km across the border (on the road, not sure as the crow flies)

If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it

This looks great but the only issue is from what I can tell is I'd need to own property in Komatipoort for the sole purpose of buying an internet line which seems rather expensive
 
I know that, that's what I'm using now but lag spikes from 60 to 400 almost constantly is insane and as there is no LTE where I am it's not going to get much better. As well as as far as I am aware they dont have big data deals like in SA for gaming

Oh yea cause buying some land for 300k just for an internet connection is normal
 
Rent it back to the ISP for free internet as a discount on the lease
 
There are towers in komatipoort, unfortunately it doesn't reach though. There is also a moz vodacom tower about 300m from my house so I'm hoping someone can think of something
