internet problems

I was surfing the net, actually busy with Super rugby fantasy team when i wanted to save it i saw that my internet connection had bombed.

connection to the network is still fine, but there is no connection to net.

I have restarted both computer and router, still cant connect to internet.

Is it a telkom problem or my problem?

well, how long has it been?
is the line least syncing or trying to (a flashing, solid, or off "DSL" indicator on the router)? who is your ISP? is there any scheduled maintenance in your area? are all your connections to the line correct?

you need to consider all those before making the telkom problem conclusion, sadly it usually is though
