Internet providers

Hmmm, I see. I will have a look at those as well. Thank you for the information.

There are just so many options that it is hard to decide which package and provider to go with!

My opinion, Fibre is the best you can get now. High speed and high data use, but it gets expensive. Although a 100/100 Mbps uncapped line for R1k is not bad (on Frogfoot). LTE is decent for lower data use, although many people do 300-500GB on this. Speed does fluctuate depending on load and latency is probably higher than on fibre. This is only really an issue if you game online.

I definitely do agree that Fibre is most likely the best, so perhaps spending a little extra money each month would be worthwhile.

I do game online, but it isn't anything hectic like PUGB or Rainbow Six Siege, so I don't need the best download speed, that's for sure.

Edit: I just checked online and unfortunately Frogfoot is not covered where I live. I will need a second best option to that, then!
Neither is Vumatel offered where I live so that is rather unfortunate.

You can check for fibre coverage with openserve, vodacom etc. If there is no coverage yet rather go with LTE.

I found there is coverage with Telkom, but I will also look up Fibre coverage with Vodacom.
