Internet Solutions 10mb uncapped

Does anyone know if u can get uncapped 10mb with Internet Solutions.... i currently got 4mb uncapped and afrihost put me through to Internet Solutions (IS).. apparently my friend who is going through the same service provider has 10mb uncapped...

I know you can get uncapped express+ from IS .. full line speed after hours. Not sure about all day uncapped 10Mb/s from IS.

It isn't really uncapped. They will throttle you at quite an early stage.
