Internet solutions V MTN

I receive my internet Via Open Web. It is an unlimited and priority service supplied by MTN. BUT It is nothing of the sort. Firstly the speed I get is about 10 - 10 and that is definitely not "Fastest" nor Priority. When I do a speed test is see that my service provider is Internet solutions.
So is My service from MTN or Internet solutions.?

It looks like you have a 10/10 line in all honesty - If you didn't sign for those speeds then check with your ISP as MTN will just send you there in any case.

And no, Internet Solutions is just the server that Speedtest uses to compile this test. Dial 135 for the MTN call centre to check with them if your package is incorrect. If you only signed up for a 10 MB line though then they will give you 10 MB speeds.

I have cancelled my subs and their reply is to throttle my account. Sour grapes from OpenWeb
