What an completely incredibly USELESS website
The worst one I have had the misfortune to visit.

Apart from the badly constructed graphical elements ( I cannot make out anything )
WHERE does one actually find any usefull information about their "solutions"

Can anyone show me ?

Assume I am a prospective business client looking for some business level Internet connectivity
Looking for information and a solution purely from the website ( without having to fill in forms and send off email )

ANYONE ?

They don't have standard packages to choose from, fill out an enquiry form and they will contact you and then quote you on a package around your business needs.

This isn't anything strange for larger businesses as each business will have it's own unique set of requirements

Sure
But the website is telling me NOTHING
I am sure that if I scratched around a bit at the other ISP websites
I would at least get some sort of idea of what is offered --
These basic offerings could then be tailor made if needed.

IF each IS "package" is tailor made then how do I know how I compare against my peers ?
Am I really getting such a good "deal" ????

It would appear that IS prefer their downstream agents to handle this kind of thing.

But what do I know -- always happy to be proven wrong.

IMHO, IS is one of the worst places to get uncapped from. Horrendous rolling windows and shaping policies makes it a no-go unless you've got no other choice or plan on moving very little data each month.

I disagree. I download 600 gigs+ often on my IS based account. No shaping, throttling, rolling windows ect..
