Hi there,

I'm really hoping someone can shed some light on my question.

I have uncapped 6 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up Wireless internet at home.

When I'm using Facebook on my iPhone for example i cant even load a video, so i did a speed test and i was getting 4-6mbps all the time, which is alright, why does Facebook struggle then?

I then did a speed test on my PC and i got between 11 and 19 Mbps all the time. Why?

*UPDATE:

This problem seems to be solved with the new iOS 9.3 update

Facebook and iPhone there's your problem.

did you try other streaming sites like youtube which have better SA servers.

So you personally think it is something their side that each of my devices get different internet speeds? All above 6 mbps except for my phone?
Which version of iOS are you running? Does your Wifi drop at all? 9.2.1 has known WIFI issues in terms of speed and stability, apparently will be addressed in the next iOS update.

I also have the slow Facebook on iOS problem. It does the same at the office with 40meg fibre.

Im currently running that iOS version yes, I wasn't aware that there was known Wi-Fi issues. My Wi-Fi hasn't dropped on me before no.

I also have it at work with Fibre, 100meg. Let's hope the next software update fixes this issue. I believe it will be out next week sometime hopefully.

My Wi-Fi completely drops on all my iOS devices running 9.2.1, especially when the phone \ tablet goes to sleep but sometimes even while browsing \ downloading \ streaming. Some articles suggest doing a hard reboot or reset network settings might fix the issue, but it hasn't worked for me. Hoping the next update will fix the bug. 9.2.0 seems unaffected...
