Internet usage on Windows Server 2003

How do i control internet usage on a Windows 2003 server with client pc's running on Win XP Pro. (How do i setup some users to have internet access and others not?)

You'd prolly need something like Microsoft's IAS server.

Or remove the "Default Gateway" TCP/IP setting on the clients that you do not want to give internet access to. That way they can only use the local LAN.
