How does the ISP calculate internet usage ?
They said that browsing is free. If a website has an image on it does it use my cap to view the image on the browser & by not downloading the image ?

If you open any web page it is downloading therefore using your cap.

Any usage on ADSL whether upload or download, browsing or downloading - it all counts towards your cap.
