Now i have the site with no jobs on them...

How do i get companies to advertise on my site?
Could i take jobs i see online and post it on my website myself?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Why not just approach some recruitment agencies and ask them if they would like to place ads on your site? I'm pretty sure they wouldn't mind if they're getting it for free.

No, you can't simply steal content from other people's businesses

Seems like you missed a very important aspect of your business planning.

Companies will pay you to advertise positions based on viewership. You get viewership by advertising more positions. The catch22 is fixed by partnering with a site that already has tons of viewership and thinks it would benefit them to have a recruitment page. Eg. Careers24 & News24. Unfortunately the market is already too saturated with job portals and search aggregators, not to mention that companies and recruitment agents are moving away from job boards and rather focusing on social media like LinkedIn.

You could do it, plenty of people do. But you can't charge for it. All you can do is redirect to the original page. Still, you might land yourself in hot water as companies don't take well to other people messing with their brand. Safest option would be to create something of a blog post consolidating various international positions available with links to the adverts. This should get you views, provided you show up on Google in the first place. But it's not going to get you very far on it's own, and your site then wouldn't be a job board.
