internet / web page usage

i know the title is a little vague.
So i will try an explain as best as i can.

I am looking for an app / software that i can run at home on my pc to see what kind of internet usage is happening on my network there as well as what web sites are frequently browsed and how much time / data is pulled on those sites.


and last but not least anyone have an app that can pull cbt nuggets as they are been streamed ?
we got a cbt nugget server at the office but i want to pull these for off-line use as well instead of having to dial up to the office everytime...

I use a hardware key logger for monitoring users keystrokes whilst on workstations, and I have a Smoothwall server for tracking data.
