BTTB : You are miscalculating. You seem to be trying to figure out how many people have internet access at home. Which is not the point. This is a measure of how many people have access to internet. This includes office, school (and some percentage of internet enabled cellphones, which I am fairly sure haven't been included), etc

The figure will be interesting to deduce.

Mad reckons 3 Million "lines" have internet access.
I will take a poke at 2.4 Million "lines" having internet access.
