internmittant adsl problem

Hey Guys

i have this weird problem with my adsl line

it will run 100% the whole day and then around about 10:00 - 11:00pm
the line will drop and my router says lcp is down and also tunes
lcp is allowed to come up but never come up ,

i have switched off my router a few times

and i have logged a fault with telkom , in my area this has happend before
the last time it was the dslam , they have done line tests ( dont trust those) when u phone them

any ideas ? u think my netgear router could be faulty ?
