I hate it when movies get hyped like this. Movie reviewers can't be trusted, over anxious fanboys who lived it before they ever saw it can't be trusted. All that happens is that expectations are set to high

True. I think it is half resolution. But Nolan went out to shoot a lot of IMAX film and the sound and score is really nice in the imax.

The movie is made for IMAX.
