My disclaimer has been that I can assist with Telkom Internet-specific issues only, no line issues, no ADSL line issues, only support for anything telkomsa.net, and that my posts on any threads represent my personal views, and not the views of the company (in accordance with various company policies).
For a long time, users have also asked when Telkom would have official representation on the forum. That time has now come.
TelkomZA is the company representative, and will assist with the following kinds of queries on this forum:

Note that nothing will change regarding my participation on the forum in the immediate future, I will still provide unofficial information and assistance, but the TelkomZA account may provide quicker turn-around on the above queries.
