Can the 4 outlets of a inverter be connected as one as to increase the total watts output?
I have a few 10kw inverters and wish to utalize them in my business but some of my machines require a watts draw of 2500watts, the issue ios the inverter only gives out according to the manufacturer 1500watts per socket. Thus i ask anyone who has done this,, could i combine the sockets to use as one.?

but why shouldn't one be able to parallel the outlets?
The plug needed will be called a "widdow maker" for good reason, very dangerous.
Normal 230V outlet plugs have a limit of 16A wich is roughly 3500W. American plugs 110V are limited to roughly 1800W (according to google).

What inverter has plugs on it? How can they call themselves a 10kW (5kW) inverter if you have to use 4 plugs to get to that amount?

Can we get a model no of the inverter or a picture of the sticker on the side with all the specs on it?

sounds like a stand alone inverter nothing else they come in the configuration the OP describes .
I have a 3Kw like that .

I've never heard of a 10kW inverter with 4 outlets.

Me neither unless it is a 3 phase with a single non-critical output? Most 'large' inverters have two AC outputs, one critical and one non-critical.

I don't think this one is as fancy as that, I'm picturing 4 plug socket outlets as I assume that's what the OP was describing.

10kw inverter with plug sockets as outputs  That will be a first for me, I thought at 10kw it would be similar in design to a large SunSynk, Victron, GroWatt, Axpert, etc.

It's the only thing that makes sense to me if one outlet has a 1.5kW limit (which makes it a 5kW inverter). Seeing he has many of these inverters he might as well try joining all the live wires together and all the neutral wires together paralleling them into one "outlet" and switch on and see if there is any blue smoke?

Don't forget the GoPro to accurately document the entire process.

Guys, it's not that hard. Plugs have a limit, for instance, our SA plugs are limited to 16 amps at 230vac. OPs inverter has a plug design limited to 1.5kW, let's call it 6 amps. The inverter is 6kW (4 plugs times 1.5kw) with a 10kW peak.

But yes OP, if you have a 2.5kW load you can wire 2 plugs in parallel to power your load. Just do a good and safe job.
