Invoices.... late...

Yup, - I was activated in July and waited 2 months for my first account. That was only after I phoned them and queried. They had got my billing details wrong as in no branch no for a cr card.

I explained nicely that there is no branch no for a credit card and w/i 3 days received notification my cr card was charged. Been OK since then.

Since I cancelled as at end Jan, I will obviously contact my cr card co and instruct them to refuse future payts to WBS as I doubt if they will get it right judging from posts here.

Furthermore took me two months to get them to charge me and that was because they put my branchcode as my bank account.:mad:

if the don't bill you, who cares -it only their loss not yours.... enjoy the free internet while it lasts
 
Xenophon, you probalby right if i woke after not payning WBS for 6 months and saw they debit my account for the past 6 months i would go postal :D
 
I have to ask every single month for my Tax Invoice.
 
I have never seen or recieved any invoices or for that matter any emails from wbs except for a BW report every now and then, but they do deduct payment from my bank account every month.
