This is why I will NEVER EVER in my life sign a debit order with anyone... Either they proove to me via a means of a invoice that I owe them money, or I don't pay them.
WBS would have had a nice try to get money out of me without giving me a invoice. Sentech did the same thing with me, and Sentech never got any money from me. Then all of a sudden months after my service was stopped, Sentech sent me a invoice for something like R35K, they threatend to take me to court to get the money out of me, and well yeah. No court, I'm still here, and I still haven't paid Sentech.
If a company can't even manage their bills properly, how can they expect to manage a service properly? Surely, it is really simple... They provide a service, for which people are SUPPOSED to be paying - quite allot of money as well. Yet, the money their customers are supposed to pay them obviously doesn't mean allot to them, because they can't be bothered to make sure that they get it every month. So... Who's up for free access to WBS? *EG*
Yes, I know it's not all that simple, but that is the moral of the story really. I don't think a company you are using a service from can just not send you a invoice, and then all of a sudden, out of the blue, send you a backlog of invoices for 10 times the original amount, and expect you to pay them immediatley to be suspended (or taken to court, or whatever). There's consumer protection acts against that kind of thing...
