Anyone else experiencing this? A few of my friends, my fiancé and I... All experiencing the same error. Works through a browser, though.
 
Yup....same thing just now! Thinking it's my connection but that's fine. I must hit retry a few times & then it (hopefully) works.
 
Suspect it's to do with the way the content delivery works - distributed nodes cache the video and if one of those is flaky this could happen. Refreshing probably triggers the client to use a different node or get fresh content.
