I've been very excited about iO5 especially since I found myself swyping many times on my iPad from the top of the screen to the bottom to chec. I've been an Android user for far too long.

Anyways, AndroFanboys claim that the Notification Center is a Carboncopy of Android notification by Apple. At 1st I thought the same, but then my stance changed when I saw a video demonstration of how it works, though it may look like Android notification at first glance, the implementation is nothing like it.

Notifications pop like on Ubuntu but with better eyecandy, and they are much larger than on iOS, I also like the weather notification, I'm not into stocks, but the idicator on the notification centre is also neat. Lock screen notifications are also good, but I wish that there is a way to lock them, because fornicators are really going to get in trouble with their other halfs.

What do you think?

In the notifications settings menu you can actually decide which apps should appear on the lock screen etc.. You could set it so SMSs don't appear ;)
