IP address history?

So, i have a computer at work that is sending out a worm over the RAdmin port.
I need to find out what computer its originating from. I am suspecting its one that someone has not installed an Anti-Virus on.

The computer trying to infect is just a test PC so its not a train smash if it gets infected, and the Anti Virus deletes the file it drops anyway.
I want to somehow log a list of IP addresses that connect to the test PC to try and find out which PC is sending the worm.

I tried the Netstat command and set up an interval and logged it to a text file, but its not doing the job.
Any other applications i can try?

Yip - wireshark will do the job.

Also if you know what worm it is, if its one of the popular ones there are free scanners that you can use to scan your network to search for infected machines.
