Just played with a colleagues new IPad2, shew how fluid the thing is 
back on my blackberry touchscreen, feels like I'm labouring with bolders around the garden in comparison!

My favourite thing about all Apple products is that it isn't Android. I like Apples approach to "It just works". I have an Android tablet that is about to be thrown against the wall for its sheer incompetence. I love how all of Apples products work together so easily, all of their products are of a high quality.
I bought an Android pad because I couldn't afford the iPad and I regret wasting my money. Not that the Android pad was cheap but it wasn't the 8k the iPad was at the time. Nothing really works well on the Android pad. Take the market place for instance. You can download an app (paid or otherwise) and it looks like it'll work based on the specs of your pad and one slight difference and all of a sudden the thing never loads, kicks you out, freezes the pad etc. I don't like things not working!
I have always been a computer geek. Growing up I learnt PC in and out. I had a very anti-Apple approach. Then in June my cellphone contract came up for renewal and my options were an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, an HTC and of course a Blackberry.
Based on my Android experience and dis-like of boring RIM products (my opinion having owned a BB), I went for the iPhone.
Since then I have become a fan-girl of Apple. "It just works!" It's a high-quality OS and device. It makes my life more productive because it doesn't crash 3 times a week.
Proud owner of iPhone and 2011 Macbook Pro, and soon to be iPad 2 owner.
My 2 cents.
(BTW for any Trolls who want to get emo about my pro-Apple approach to technology and who inevitably will use my "2" posts against me, I had another profile but it got hacked and so I had to create another one)
