Ok so I jailbroke my phone and errrrr ... Now what? I need someone to point me to some useful things and apps I can get with jailbreak, cool themes etc ... Someone point me in some direction please. Went into cydia and it all looked a little confusing to me, things for sale, can't see what's good or not

Here is a good starting point. Includes quite a few Cydia apps which we enjoy! A lot apply to iPad too!

For starters, FakeClockup is amazing! It;s on the insanelyi repo which you have to add to Cydia. - http://repo.insanelyi.com
SBSettings - Great toggles.
Winterboard - For themes etc.
