The iPad 2 is probably the only device currently being manufactured with a 0.7MP camera. The majority of makers ditched that resolution a decade ago.

Huh??? I don't see any IPad 3 in the picture. All I see are 2 Ipad 2 rear shells!
1 is a used shell, the other is a new shell.
