hi guys

does anyone here use a stylus on their iPad?

Do you have any suggestions of which ones are good and available in SA?

Cheers

I've tested allot, and I decided on 2.
Both by Adonit

If you want to draw(technical drawings) then use Jot Pro
If you want to write/note taking then use Jot Script

The main differences are, the Pro doesn't have batteries, but there are chances of making marks with your wrist while writing. The script has batteries, and communicate with the tablet, and that makes it possible for not making wrist marks, but it's a little slow (little lag when quickly drawing)

The script also disconnect if not uses, then you have to link it again,

I like the one without batteries, and due to the fine transparent tip, you can do more precision drawings, where the Script does recondition and remove the wrist touching etc., but the tip is thick and solid, so battle to draw fine lines.

I would skip all the rubber kind. Useless...

I use the Jot Pro, take plenty of notes using it. Sound of the disc clacking away on the screen can be a bit annoying – but you get used to it. Easily the best I've used to date – allows for very accurate writing...

That said – never used the Script – might give it a try next.

The script has a metal point (with no disk) but still have a clicking sound, its covered with transparent something, but metal on glass noise.

I have the Mini 2, and I dont have the wrist problem, so my best investment as well. Script a bit of overkill. Price and features, i dont like the app that needs to connect to pen
