Hi guys, I dont know why this piece of overpriced trash is giving my this problem.

Ok here is the problem, my iPad Air is just killing the internet connection through the wifi. The only problem is Apps are set to manually update and none are downloading, the OS is also up to date at 9.2.1

The nano second I turn off the wifi, the routers light stops flickering like crazy and my download speeds return to normal.

Ive turned the ipad and router off and on and i have reset the network settings, what the hell is this thing doing?

Also, iCloud is off.

Jailbroken?

Do you have facebook installed? Could you give us a list of apps you have installed?

All right, start uninstalling apps till WiFi works. You do have enough cap for it?

Start with:
Fing, then facebook and then keep going alphabetically. (internet/social apps, leave the games for last)

I had a similar problem on an android phone a couple of days ago, it was Facebook syncing photos.
Hope you find the problem quickly.

Thanks mate, first thing i uninstalled and resinstalled was FB, now its fine. I think it was bugged.

Fb App is always horribly inefficient

Yip.

So it was apparently an "innocent bug" that kept playing white noise/soundless audio through the FB app end of last year (and for who know how long before that), to keep it running in the background, so that when you opened your timeline when coming back – the videos were already downloaded and could autoplay instantly...

Yeah right. FB-FTW.
