I'm about to throw this farking thing against the wall, no jokes...

Wife has been using it for almost 2 years no problem. Tonight out of the blue it refuses to connect to the internet. I removed the old wifi saved and loaded it again. It worked perfectly. The very moment I put in the Unotelly DNS it doesn't work no more.

Someone please tell me wtf is wrong with this thing...

Isn't it easier to set the DNS in your router

Nea, it's simple on the Ipad. I have done it before. The problem seems to be somewhere else though. I have just deactivated that location sharing crap thinking it might be it but it's not... Something is clashing somewhere.

Solved:

Weirdest shyte ever. The normal primary DNS from Unotelly didn't work. (It's working on the PC) I used the secondary one and it's working flawlessly.

That being said, on the PC and all other devices you can load primary and secondary so they might be using secondary. Could it be that the primary is offline due to an error or something?

So pissed it took me 2 damn hours to sort out...

Why are you setting it on individual devices instead of on your router?

Edit… they regularly have problems with the cpt and jnb servers. I use Virginia and one of the U.K. ones.

My work laptop doesn't connect to the work server if the DNS is changed on the connection.

So I don't want to change it on the router only on the devices.
