Have you jailbroken yet Mr Dolby?

Nah ... I'm doing the typical thing and working around the issues

Droid gave me a full breakdown (thanks!) on how to do it and how long it takes - but I'm still deciding whether to go ahead or not. I know its adds the functionality that I moaned about, but it may be nice to have one items still 'stock' from the factory. My PC, my phone, my media streamer all run 'modded' stuff ... but I'll see how I feel!

You are correct about accessing the store with the iTunes icon, now, if you have a US store account, have enabled iCloud and Automatic Downloads and have a store credit, oh, and WiFi, buy a song or album or, or, or and watch some magic happen...

I run a Kenya account, so won't be able to get music/movies But I've already got my own 'library' - so I'm sure I won't be using the iTunes sides and more the music streaming

Is this account linked to your 3G or you get ADSL uncapped??

I applied for uncapped ADSL last week - but haven't received an order number or any confirmation at all. I found someone in the ADSL section that may be able to help on Monday. I don't really care if the install is 1 or 3 months away .... but I'd like to know that I'm in the queue at least!

For the time being, I'm running wifi 8ta 10GB through my wireless at home - and have a Vodacom SIM in the iPad itself for when I'm not at home.

Oh - I'm consolidating all my communications etc as well I had too many contracts spread out - and wasn't even using some.

I have a contract expiring end of Jan, one in July and another August. Of those, I only need to renew one (my voice contract). As I'm ditching BB, I'll get a data bundle on it and DataSIM for the iPad to share the bundle.

I've also sold my 10/100 2.4 'N' router to get a gigabit 2.4/5 'N' router when the ADSL arrives. I'm going to try and get and get an Xtreamer Ultra as my media server too - so in a few months everything should be running smooth and steaming all over the house

That looks completely different to my tapatalk.

EDIT - ok I see you're posting images via photobucket, not the default method. Image uploads from within the app go to the tapatalk servers iirc.

Yeah it's the HD version for iPad. TBO the stock version works just as well if not better. Finding the HD version closes on me more often than not...

I couldn't find the option to use the native photo uploader in Tapatalk so I cheated and posted an image hosted at Photobucket.

I have the Photobucket app on the iPad/iPhone and find it very user friendly...

Ok - I didn't realise there was an HD version but since you say the non-hd version works as well, if not better, than the HD I'll stick with that.

The forum used to support direct image uploads but that's no longer the case.
