Safari doesn't support flash, but there are like 3-4 browsers in the app store that does..... so there. However i've found that most of these facebook games have a app in the appstore for it. So instead of relying on flash or a browser you just install the stand alone app.

Browsers in the appstore to look for regarding flash:

iSwifter (this one is specifically tailored for flash games)
Puffin
Photon
Skyfire

You could try using the Skyfire app for iPads. I use it to watch flash videos on my iPhone and iPad. It converts Flash video into Html5 video that is compatible with the iPad.

Whe I want to play poker on the iPad I usually play at either Switch Poker or Bwin. They're real money poker apps but they've got Play For Fun tables too that are free to use. There's a few others listed here on this iPad poker apps guide that I haven't tried yet.

The latest Android tablets and phones come with Flash support so I think it's only a matter of time before Apple are forced to support Flash too.
