ipad projector help + Digital Pen

Hi Guys

I notice on Sky News, the presentor is able to project his ipad onto a huge screen.What equipment is needed for this please.

Also on Learning channel the tutors are able to write on the screen using a digital pen, does anyone
know the make and model that is being used.
