iPad refund?

I don't know about the iPad specifically, nor do I know if it applies to SA, but a mate of mine bought a Macbook Pro last week in USA - a day before the new one was launched. He went back to the retailer the next day and they swapped it for a new one no questions asked.
 
It will only apply to countries which have an official Apple presence. Not like South Africa.

Great service as mentioned above also only apply to countries with an official Apple presence.

Apple offers $100 to people that bought the iPad recently but we get something better: we will get the iPad 2 by Christmas, maybe. yay.
