Ok, but what about the PPPoE settings, it is a different ISP, they supplied me with DNS and Gateway settings, no username or password. There is a Fail-over router also in place 3G, would I just need to configure the Fail-over Router
I don't think you use conventional ISP accounts with usename/password for Satellite connectivity. I could be wrong on this.
Is the satellite connection downstream and upstream ?
If only DNS or gateway settings are provided you should have a setting in IP Cop (I use Smoothwall Express although I will try and help) that will allow you to change them there. (Under Smoothwall Express there is a DNS and Gateway settings option under "networking" then "interfaces" .
Check out the IP COP website possibly to see where the settings should be located. Try the screenshots, if there are.
If you haven't tried this yet, maybe you want to try getting a connection first to 1 computer (bypassing the IP COP box until you are satisfied that everything is working) as it should be) before attempting the IP COP setup.
I see you are new to this forum. Maybe you should consider setting your location in your profile then someone in your area could possible come and help you!
I am sure the good folks on this forum wont stalk you if you display your location.

You need to create a new ISP profile and enter the DNS settings from the IPCop GUI (http://[B]IPCop.IP.Address[/B]:81) - you'll need your admin password.
First disconnect your current connection SYSTEM>HOME> DISCONNECT
To create a new profile NETWORK>DIALUP
Select a "unused" profile from the profile box (profiles 1 thru 5).
At the bottom of the page enter a name for the profile eg: Satellite and click save.
All the PPPoE settings should have been copied from your old profile so you just need to clear the username & password fields and enter the DNS settings selecting Manual as opposed to Automatic click save and you should be good to go.
Almost forgot SYSTEM>HOME> CONNECT

Have you been given a static IP address for RED?
No, they said to me that they can change their Gateway to anything I want it to, currently its on 192.168.0.53 with the DNS settings they gave me, we were testing out the satellite connection before switching it to go trough IPCoP, connection speed is fine and now we have to move it to IPCop for obvious reasons. But I dunno how to configure IPCoP to get the connection from the satellite device instead of the ADSL router??

OK - does the 192.168.0 range conflict with your GREEN (or BLUE) networks?

putty into your IPCop box as root using port 222
at the command prompt type setup <enter>
From the setup menu select Networking>Address Settings>RED - Change to "Static" (space bar to move *)
IP Address 192.168.30.1 Subnet 255.255.255.0. Tab to "OK" hit enter. Tab to "Done" hit enter.
From the Network Configuration menu select DNS & Gateway Settings enter the DNS addresses provided and 192.168.30.100 as the Default Gateway. Tab to "OK" hit enter.
Tab to "Done" hit enter. Tab to Quit hit enter.
At command prompt type reboot hit enter.
Contact ISP and get them to change their gateway to 192.168.30.100
