My personal opinion on this is as follow:
To me it makes more sense to get a 13 Pro than the non-Pro 14. All rumours point to the 14 non-Pro models having the same design, processor etc than the 13 range. Only the 14 Pro will have a new processor and other goodies. Having a Pro model over a non-Pro model has a few advantages.
Will there be stock of the 13 Pro after the 14 launches? Difficult to say, especially nowadays with stock shortages of everything. I've seen the 12 Pro on sale via a few outlets when the 13 range launched, but then I also tried to source a SE2 for a family member before the SE3 was even launched and couldn't find any stock anywhere. So it's difficult to say, it all depends on stock levels of the 13 Pro and if there are any left after the 14's launch locally.
Will there be a price drop? Also difficult to say. In recent years I have not seen the outgoing model of any given iPhone really dropping in price when the successor came out. The concept does not appear to be in play anymore, at least when it comes to iPhones (and especially the Pro models) in South Africa. The non-Pro models might go this route, when the 13 range came out the non-Pro 12 became a more affordable model in the line-up, same might happen with the non-Pro 13.
My advice - if you need/want the 13 Pro now, go get it now. I've said it before, this "waiting for the new one" or maybe in your case "waiting for a price drop" is overrated, smartphones are expensive no matter how you look at it. Maybe the 13 Pro will be R50 p/m cheaper on a contract or R2000 cheaper in price...but it might have gone up with that amount between now and then. And in a little over a year's time the 14 is going to be old news in any case
