I really don’t know what world these people life in sometimes.

Is it the fatigue of upgrading to new and different devices all the time?

Normal people don’t upgrade their phone once a year or worse every month like these guys.

I wish more of them would look at generation jumps that are 3 years apart instead, that’s what matters to most people.

Which is why I enjoyed MKBHD’s Apple Watch review as he made a very big disctriction of who should upgrade essentially saying if you are in a Series 6 or older go for it, otherwise skip.

Since I’m on a Series 5 that convinced me.

While the series 10 is a little bit above my budget, I am looking to replace my 8 year old series 0, so hunting on Marketplace for a decent deal. Easier said than done though.

Yeah I’m leaving it until Christmas and will probably do it on an FNB deal.

I had delusions of going titanium until I saw the price…and then besides my cheap aluminium is hundred percent fine still.

Agree.

I’m on a Series 6 and I’m still not convinced that I need to change my watch - it does what I need it to do without any issues.
 
Makro called me this morning to reply to my query regarding the delivery time frame (on a Sunday, who would have thunk). I don't think she did more than just look at what the system was telling her as she just repeated the 21 day thing I see on my order, but that does make me suspect that this is likely the case. I just wasn't sure if it was maybe just because their systems aren't designed to handle pre-orders well.

I'm not in a hurry so I have no problem waiting a bit, it's not like I didn't know this when ordering.

It’s usually actually very good, apart from making no sense (for them) when they split orders.

I do think it’s a case of not knowing how to handle pre-orders.

Pretty confident they’ll all pop out next week.
