iPhone 16 Series

Shudder to ask, but has anyone tried to buy an iPhone 16 in store at Makro.
 
Ok so latest information direct from one of the store GM’s. Pro Max in Black, Desert and White Ti available now and being shipped. Natural Titanium shipping latest Friday. GM is kicking up quite a stink as to how Makro Online have handled this.

My Nomad case comes in on Monday ... lets see which gets here first 😅

Nah I doubt it’s a case of online vs offline.

I simply recon they were always in the running with the second wave and hamstrung by Core, but the communication is the real problem or complete lack there of.

When you use the word “pre-order” and I’m pretty sure you listed the launch date on the store you expect those two things to line up you know.

I’m not generally too fussed about having this on launch days, but it is now a month later.

Like I said to the store GM I don’t mind waiting but at least give the customer some information as to what is going on. Has anyone received communication from Makro explaining situation? Apparently there was an email sent to everyone which referenced the free charger.
 
Got my 16. Ordered online around 11am and it was delivered that same afternoon so was pleasantly surprised by that. Slapped on the screen protector and case I purchased in advance of my order and set it up pretty quickly thereafter.

Hate the capture button. gets un the way of my typing grip and does what my fingers have been doing faster for a decade. Other than that the battery life is good and it works as it should. I did have an issue with the camera app crashing but since a restart of my phone it seems to have been fine.
