iPhone 3.0 MMS settings?

Hi.

What settings must I use for MMS. Doubt I'll ever use it, but would be nice to receive one if someone stuck in 2002 decides to send one!

I can see the following fields need to be filled in:
Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data >

Visual Voicemail:
APN ??
USERNAME ??
PASSWORD ??

MMS:
APN ??
USERNAME ??
PASSWORD ??
MMSC ??
MMS PROXY ??
MMS MAX MESS SIZE ??
MMS UA PROF URL ??

I think I may have deleted them when I enabled tethering (so frikking cool LOL) this morning.
