Hi,
So, I have been using an iPhone 3GS, for the time being. The iPhone has iOS 3.0 on it. I use Cell C, my area does have Cell C 3.5G Coverage (This I could use on my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic before it died). How come on the iPhone 3GS I can only use EDGE?
I saw the latest iOS version is iOS 6. Do I need to update the iOS version in order to get cell c 3.5G or is this just the phone's hardware not supporting cell c's 3.5G network due to the network doing something different than Vodacom or MTN?
thanks.
