Not sure which 1 would suite me better have a 2G card in my other phone and its not even half used up yet. Is there any difference between the 2 apart from the memory size ofc :D

No difference, purely size....

32GB is better if you intend to keep videos on the phone and 16GB is fine for mostly keeping music...

Here's my situation, I have a 16gb 3GS and want the 32gb iPhone 4 becoz, I have 121 apps on my phone which uses 3gb of space and then I have 10gb of music. If you have a 16gb that equals to 14.3gb of data and the 32gb is 28-29gb of space. Just my apps and music max out the 16gb. Be sure what you going to use the most (music/apps/video)

I decided that since cost wasn't too big a deterrent, that I'd go with the 32Gb. I'm not saying the difference was negligible and didn't sting, but I'd hate to be in a position where I said "dammit, I've paid all this money already, and it isn't quite what I wanted". Hence describing it as a deterrent.

Thing is, I fully intend to use my memory. I already have 12+ Gb music on it, and will add some movies etc. soon. There is a chance that it's simply because I can, but I also think there's an argument for "future-proofing" where possible. It's a lot of money; you may as well give yourself as much opportunity to get as much out of it as possible.

I wanted a 32GB but they didnt have at the time..

My hand was forced :)

with being able to take Hi-Def video I'd sugest the 32GB

I remember reading somewhere that no one has ever complained about excess space on a hard drive. Wise man.
Go for the 32GB!
