Iphone 4 Home button...Help..

My iphone 4 is 12 days old now and the home button is getting BAD..
It started after about 3/4 days and now its getting realy bad,have to press maybe 3 to 4 times to work.Phoned MTN shop where i did upgrade and was told 3/4 weeks for repair
Anything else i can do,somebody that can help please.Cant live that long without my iphone

Have you tried reloading the software

Standard in US, UK, .. is immediate replacement with refurbished iphones.
South Africa should be applying the same standard.

i.e. It's not reasonable to expect you to be without a phone for the next 3/4 weeks -- insist on a replacement or temporary iphone.
