iphone 4 running speed ( updated )

Hi All

After moaning for ages at how slow my iphone 4 has become I have suddenly noticed it has sped up. I have decided that I no longer need a cover, do you think that the lower heat ( now that it is al natural ) has an impact on speed/access times?

Now that the phone is old, I will risk damaging it happily. Not that I can afford to upgrade.

As McGuywer said - no. Heat won't be an issue unless you are running games for long periods of time.
