Anyone know if there is stock around JHB?

Went to VC yesterday and they said no stock, people have been waiting since December yet I met a mate for a drink yesterday and his mate got one last week.

I got mine from Vodacom Direct. Phoned Wednesday afternoon and delivered on Friday morning...

I have a feeling that the branches get their phones from the Direct warehouse. Same with MTN, I went to the shop and they told me I'd wait weeks for my phone, returned the next day with the phone I got through direct and the guys were shocked.

I managed to get my iphone 4s from vodacom 4u Westgate (opposite steers). They had a few phones, give them a call. Also waited for ages and tried my luck with them and to my surprise , they had phones?!!

Vodacom are useless!

Been waiting for a white 32gb since late December!! CellularCity!! They got me one 2 weeks ago that was permanently stuck in headphone mode, returned it the following day. They got stock of black 32gb but no white!!

Very poor showing from Vodacom.
