completely different design - so expected.
that curved design of the s2 will help it on a front facing drop.
as well as the plastic casing.
it's no rocket science glass will shatter when dropped.
also not a very good test since it is just casually dropped. if you want to compare exactly both would have to be released perfectly in the exact same manner.
again...comparing plastic with glass..

Lol. Erm, okay.

Samsung also has glass. Gorilla glass.

Casually dropped. What did you expect? Throw both phones on the floor? What does it matter how it was dropped? The iPhone broke down quite badly, while the Samsung hardly looks damaged at all. Same tests, different results.

Don't you think it would have been simpler just to say "yeah it breaks so what" because in effect that is all you said with all that mumbling.

I must add that most iPhone users have covers anyway, because of Antennagate.

Lol don't try turn this into a fanboy war now. Typical.

All I was stating was the facts. I think everyone can see from the video that it broke. As expected if you drop any bare edged glass.

All I'm saying is I don't see the point of the vid and if they are trying to make a direct comparison then their methods are flawed.

And of course I have an iPhone :D

Unfortunately it's not just the "drop test" that the Galaxy S2 wins....it pretty much wins everything. ;)

I saw the advert on tv for the samsung s2. Looks like a plastic toy. The icons are also kak. I am sorry, but iPhone is just a way better phone is every way. It's classy, stylish, user friendly. ktxbye.

You are so high, it's not even funny.

lol, seriously?

I myself have owned both and completely disagree.

ROFL. :D

Seems Galaxy S/Android fanbois have chips on their shoulders - you don't see people starting threads trying to claim iPhone is better.

Wouldn't it be fairer comparing the iPhone 4/S with the Galaxy S?

I think to be truly open-minded one needs to wait for iPhone 5 in order to compare properly.

But even then, even if Galaxy has superior hardware, the OS/apps will still not be as good as iOS/iPhone.

I'm probably expecting too much out of fanbois though. :o
